pillow shortage

absoluteley, my stay was marred by not having a proper shower and getting only one measly extra pillow. i expected at least a complimentary treat for all the hassle. seriously, how hard is it to provide hot water when needed? this hotel is simply not up to scratch, despite the false bravado. could've been a good review, but i just couldn’t.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating! We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. extra pillows were swiftly provided upon request.

One aspect I found wanting was the inconsistency in hot water availability during the shower.

earl david is a fantastic choice for families! the nepalese restaurant serves amazing food, and the staff were super helpful, even bringing our suitcase to the room. the hotel is so close to the beach, making it perfect for a fun day out.

The food was truly impressive, and our meal was made even better by a cheerful young waiter who had great recommendations. I loved unwinding by the pool in the evenings and enjoyed the cozy lounge area. there was a bit of a wait for the extra pillow we requested, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊
